By using Sac Auto List you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and should be before the site takes payments.

What Sac Auto List is

Sac Auto List is an online advertising platform. Sellers post vehicle listings and buyers contact them directly. We are not a dealer, broker or agent for any buyer or seller. We do not own, inspect, certify, guarantee or sell the vehicles listed, and we do not handle payments or paperwork for them.

Listings

• Listings are written by sellers. We do not verify them and are not responsible for their accuracy.
• You may list only a vehicle you own or are authorized to sell. Your listing must be truthful, including known defects and title issues.
• You are responsible for the sale and for complying with California and local laws, including title, smog, registration and transfer requirements.
• We may review, reject, edit, hide or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, including suspected spam or fraud.
• By uploading photos and text, you give Sac Auto List permission to display them on the site for your listing. You keep ownership.

Buyers

You are responsible for checking a vehicle and its paperwork before you buy. We strongly recommend an independent inspection. Read our safety tips.

Not allowed

Do not post false or misleading listings, scam other users, collect other users' information for unrelated purposes, send spam, upload harmful files, or try to disrupt or break into the site.

No warranties; limits on liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, Sac Auto List is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, from listing content, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
